This was a team project for a real cryptocurrency company based out of Israel. I was one of six UX writers and some of my responsibilities included conducing user testing, in-depth competitor analysis and coming up with copy suggestions for the tooltips on the Security page.

Project Results

The entire team was setup to complete the initial UX writing project for a few short months. During that time I was able to be able part of stakeholder meetings, user interviews, and product team ideation sessions.

My role involved:

• Conducting user testing and synthesizing the results
• Conducting in-depth competitor analysis
• Providing copy suggestions for the tooltips on the Security page within the product

All in all, the work my team and myself provided was well received and appreciated. Because we did this project for free, it was only for a limited duration. Our work was complete once we covered the pages we were tasked with and provided the results to the stakeholders.
